![]() This was the first souls-like game I played and I found it very hard also. ![]() Do that + deflect his criticals and you should be able to get a big stab or two off and finish him with the Divine Beast Second phase you should definitely play more conservatively and whittle down his health over time by learning his attacks and punishing him in his recovery window - the time frame before he launches his next volley of attacks. You will still have to occasionally deflect though so try not to be too mindless when smacking him around. On his first phase, he staggers really easily, so you can go ape shit on him if you have a fast weapon. As you get more accustomed to deflecting in general, you can/will start to see the attack pattern timing better little by little, and as you learn it you will learn when to attack and when to stay on the defensive for deflecting. The instinct to dodge is kind of baked in to games in general but you really benefit by deflecting instead, especially when you deflect the critical moves and get a big poise break out of it. Next part can actually be pretty daunting for your first time but try to focus on deflecting attacks instead of dodging. This way you can can actually deflect attacks, and dodging doesn’t cost excess stamina like it does with high equipment weight. My advice is pretty much a culmination of everything else you’ve been told: Swap out your heavier armor pieces for lighter armor pieces until your equipment weight number is at least green. Nah dawg, and seeing how this is your first game in this genre it’s really not bad, everyone who gets into this genre has this kind of moment. They then say, "Because of these changes, we no longer feel that Reddit is an appropriate place to post official content or refer our players to." Effectively, they are saying that, in its current state, Reddit is not worth using for Minecraft's official posts anymore. In their post, they specifically pointed to how Reddit's management has made changes that have affected moderation across several subreddits. The announcement comes from the Minecraft Java tech lead, who goes by u/sliced_lemon on Reddit. A Minecraft developer has announced on the r/Minecraft subreddit that the team will no longer post official content there or refer players to the subreddit for assistance. Now, the official Minecraft subreddit has, in some ways, taken things a step further. This has made it much more difficult for moderators to manage their subreddits and has led to subs going dark for days at a time in protest. Recently, Reddit has been introducing changes to how its API works that have made it more difficult (and expensive) for third-party apps to access the site.
